3. "As Is" and Limitation of Liability

Our AI analysis is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties. RescueVisionExpert is a verification aid, not a guarantee of safety or quality.
We are not liable for any damages, vehicle damage, financial loss, or personal injury resulting from decisions made based on our API's output. Final quality control decisions remain the sole responsibility of the human operator or fleet manager.
4. Payment & Credits
Services are billed on a credit basis. Credits purchased are non-refundable except as required by law.
